Michele Velazquez proposal planner

I've always been someone that is not afraid to push boundaries or be disruptive in business.

So in 2010 when my now husband proposed to me, I thought, why not start a Proposal Planning company?  But I figured there must be a million Wedding Planners already doing this.  I mean, come on!  Planning proposals would be a natural lead into a full wedding client, right?

But to my surprise, there really wasn’t anyone doing it.  So I decided to shake things up and start my Proposal Planning company, The Heart Bandits.  Fast forward 10 years, and I have planned over 4,000 marriage proposals and generated seven figures for my business.

Starting a new business that disrupted the Wedding Industry gave me the confidence I needed to keep pushing boundaries and coming up with more opportunities I felt the Wedding Industry had missed. In 2011, I co-founded Ring Stash™, the world’s first patented, mass produced thin engagement ring box.  In 2016, I founded Pop The Knot, one of the first pop-up wedding companies in the world.

Now when I started each of these companies, they were all new services that most people  hadn’t really heard of.  I had to deal with both the struggles of starting my own business, learning how to become a proposal planner, figuring out how to create pop-up wedding packages, and learning to bring a product to market.  I also had to educate the market about what a Proposal Planner could do for them, why a couple would want a pop-up wedding, and why proposers needed a flat engagement ring box.

But you can be an innovator like me without  having to struggle like I did!  I am going to show you how.

I have spent a decade learning everything there is to know about these markets. I am passionate about sharing that information with you so that you can avoid the slow start and mistakes that I made and go straight to earning additional revenue and diversifying your income.
